We had a bit of snow fall overnight. The nursery couldn’t open because the staff couldn’t get in, so we got to spend the day at home.

The girls went to a halloween party at a friends house. 
Charlotte had her first birthday party on September 20th. Lots of her friends were there to help her celebrate. 
We went on a family “camping” holiday in the south of France with Gran and Grandad. We stayed in a very comfortable mobile home at the excellent Le Brasilia campsite in Canet Plage, near Perpignan. Dad and I drove (about 1200km each way!), and Mum, Kathryn, and the girls flew down. On the way back we went for a drive through the middle of Paris. The weather was excellent, the water was warm, and it was a fantastic break.
