We went on a family “camping” holiday in the south of France with Gran and Grandad. We stayed in a very comfortable mobile home at the excellent Le Brasilia campsite in Canet Plage, near Perpignan.
Dad and I drove (about 1200km each way!), and Mum, Kathryn, and the girls flew down. On the way back we went for a drive through the middle of Paris.
The weather was excellent, the water was warm, and it was a fantastic break.
On our drive home from Perpignan we decided to do some sightseeing in Paris. We drove past the Eiffel Tower, around Place de la Concorde, up Champs Elysees, and around the Arc de Triomphe.
This is a clip of the Arc de Triomphe, the craziest roundabout in the world!
On our drive to the south of France for our holiday at Canet Plage (near Perpignan) we drove over the Millau Viaduct, the tallest bridge in the world. This video clip is us coming back over it on the drive home.
